Having never purchased a imported car before I was unsure of certain things but Ismail was brilliant explaining things to me. The viewing was great with no pressure at all, he showed me around the car and then left me to view and test drive in my own time . Professional, Honest & No Pressure Sales
Picked up an incredible BMW from Smart Motors and the whole experience was spot on from start to finish. The car had been imported from Japan and was in outstanding condition. You could tell it had been carefully selected and prepared to a very high standard. What really stood out was the relaxed approach as there was no pressure at all, just plenty of time to inspect the car properly and make a decision in your own time. Collection day was seamless, with the car presented beautifully and everything ready to go. The included warranty gave even more confidence in the purchase. Genuinely excellent service throughout and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car.
